Sleepless nights…

Insomnia is defined as difficulty falling asleep and is often closely linked to the stress that causes concern and anxiety
The causes are: an unbalanced lifestyle, the birth of a child, your job, your health,but also those positive feelings and all that is dear to man. But more commonly affects insomnia, people who have problems with anxiety in the face of every difficulty. Sufferers usually says she can not sleep and was constantly stirred in the bed during the night and the consequence of this agitation is fatigue and a senseof dissatisfaction that accompanies us throughout the day. We can conclude by saying that insomnia is one of those symptoms which, if not treated well in need of psychological support.
